At the beginning of the year, colleague Oscar Kayzak from Sextans approached 333 to participate in the Montreal edition of ALTexpo’s lobby mural. For the grand opening of the Alt Hotel Griffintown, about 70 professional and amateur photographers were asked to submit 15 photos, each representing an element of Montreal, and colour coded to the Alt Hotel logo. Many of those photographers were part of a charity organization by the name of Déclic, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the academic and social reintegration of at-risk youth.

After Sextans received all of the submissions, they put a beautiful montage together which is now installed in the hotel’s modern and chic lobby. The mural itself is made up of 1,190 photos and is colour coded for its full spectrum effect. We were very happy to hear that our photos garnered a favourable reaction; two of our 15 were featured in a larger format on the wall.

333 wants to thank Sextans and Groupe Germain Hôtels for the opportunity to participate in this fun and unique project.
